We have been told that some people are not getting notifications from the app. After looking into these people’s users accounts.it is because they have not updated the app or have turned notifications off

Please go to your App Store and search team stack app and update to the latest version

Also you may have notifications turned off

You should also recove emails.they may go to your spam folder under the name team stack app
